61 Wythe Avenue
Featuring: The Zen Tricksters, BuzzUniverse, Keith Kenny
As everyone who knew David Nolan as a longtime Host and Producer of WBAI’s “Morning Dew”, and before that, “Dead Air” and “Live Air”, he was a much loved and valued friend and colleague in Radio, Sound Archiving, Club DJ’ing, Poetry Readings, and many more things. It is still hard to fathom losing David at the young age of 49 almost two years ago.
David left a legacy of Love, Friendships, Creativity, a massive Sound Archive of personally recorded music, poetry and other events. David worked for all 13 years of the existence of the legendary NYC Rock Club, “Wetlands”, where he did DJ’ing, Sound, and Lighting duties.
Now going into in it’s third year at Brooklyn Bowl, “A Night For David Nolan” has become a cherished opportunity for the myriad friends and associates of David’s to re-unite, remember David, and share tales of Wetlands days, and other experiences we had with David, while enjoying the best in live music, and supporting worthy organizations, just the way David would have wanted it!
So, please join us as we celebrate the life of our dear, beloved friend, David Nolan, in a truly Rocking fashion! Brooklyn Bowl, 61 Wythe Avenue Brooklyn, for updated info on the concert, please feel free to join the “Friends Of David Nolan”
